Creature Comfort Pet Therapy

Ms. Cooney will discuss the work of Creature Comfort Pet Therapy. CCPT works with each partner facility to help structure its therapy visits to make them as effective and productive as possible. Certified therapy teams are able to choose from a variety of visits, and staff will make visit recommendations based on their interests and the energy level of their therapy animal. CCPT has certified more than 400 pet therapy teams, and its volunteer teams provide approximately 300 visits each month to its partner facilities.
