The holiday spirit was in full swing as Madison Rotary members gathered to do a packaging event for a cause close to their hearts—alleviating food insecurity. This year, Madison Rotary used one of its meetings to support Nourish New Jersey, a local nonprofit organization that provides vital resources to individuals and families in need. With a shared sense of purpose, Madison Rotary members rolled up their sleeves to assemble 100 Rise and Shine breakfast bags, each thoughtfully curated to brighten someone's day. The bags were filled with nutritious staples like oatmeal packets, fresh fruit, granola bars, and small bottles of juice—items carefully chosen to provide a wholesome start to the day. The finished bags were delivered to Nourish New Jersey, where they would be distributed to clients in need. The staff at the nonprofit expressed heartfelt gratitude for the club’s contribution.
