Madison Rotary has made 200 gallons of soup in conjunction with Soup Sisters that have been contributed and delivered to Homeless Solutions and JBWS.  Each month Madison Rotary conducts a Ladles of Love where 18 volunteers come together at Healthy Italia in Madison, roll up their sleeves cut and chopped vegetables, stir pots  and ladle steaming broth into containers. The air is filled with the aroma of simmering herbs and spices, creating an atmosphere of warmth and camaraderie.  Click Read More for addition details.

Jim Foster, Madison Rotary President, expressed his gratitude to the volunteers for their work and dedication and reminded everyone  the impact their efforts would have on the lives of those less fortunate in the community.  Once the soups were ready, they were carefully packaged and labeled with love. Each container held not just nourishment, but also a message of hope and compassion.  News about the Ladles of Love Soup Making program has spread throughout the community – soup making for charity in Madison has become a tale of compassion, community, and the power of coming together to make a difference, one bowl of soup at a time.  For more information about Madison Rotary or to become involved in Ladles of Love, contact info@madisonrotarynj.org
