Leadership Development

The July 22 meeting will feature a talk by Don Bailey, a principal of Bristlecone Partners, a management consultancy which he formed after a long and successful career in the insurance world. During his years in the insurance business, Mr. Bailey held many senior management roles, including with Marsh, the largest risk broker in the world, Allstate Insurance and Willis, the global insurance broker and the third largest insurance services firm in the world. 

Mr. Bailey has been coaching executives for more than 20 years. In his talk he will review the field of leadership development and coaching, and how these skills have grown from merely an ancillary activity of corporate managers into a formalized and specialized activity that can be critical to the ongoing success of many organizations.
